Everything here is made the long way.

Scott & Teri-Dawn Milne opened Bigfoot Cafe in the summer of 2024 with their daughter Solaya — a proper roadside kitchen on Highway 3, not a gas-station counter.

The pasta is Italian, rolled and cut in-house every morning. The bake case fills before the doors open. And the mugs and bowls you eat from? Hundreds of them, thrown by hand right here.
